ABOUT LAW AUDIENCE:

Law Audience® is an online legal platform which is aimed at spreading the legal education and other opportunities related to the field of law among the legal audience as much as possible. It was introduced on the 25th of June 2018. It is a ‘Dream Project’ of Mr. Varun Kumar (Founder-CEO-Editor-In-Chief-Publisher). The main motive of this platform is to set new trends in the field of legal education by organising various Seminars, Online Competitions, Conferences, Workshops, Call for Papers, Online Webinars and Online Quizzes. Prof. Dr. Priya Sepaha, Founder & Director at Law Colloquy:

Prof. (Dr.) Priya Sepaha is Professor of Law and Director, Law Colloquy. She is M.A. (English), M.Phil. (English), LL.B, LL.M (Criminology) and UGC NET and PhD (Law). She has worked extensively in the field of Criminology, Criminal Law, Personal Law, Torts and

Contemporary issues. She is a member of International Society of Therapeutic Jurisprudence, USA, and member of International Society of Criminology. She is also a Senior Peer Reviewer and member of Editorial Board on Arts, Management and Social Sciences in various national and international journals, notably in India, Japan, UAE and United States. She is a passionate writer on various aspects of Criminal Law, Criminology, Penology and Victimology. She has written six books and has also written many articles in many National and International Journals. She has presented papers in many National and International Conferences, distinctively in Harvard (the United States), Oxford (United Kingdom), Cambridge (United Kingdom), Brighton (United Kingdom), Singapore, Bangkok, Khon Kaen University (Thailand), Doha (Qatar) and Tokyo (Japan).

She had the distinction of being the Keynote speaker at the International conference held at Cambridge. She was panelist in the conference at Harvard Law School (USA). She has also chaired the sessions at International Conferences held at India, Oxford, Cambridge, Tokyo and Bangkok. She was adjudged “The Best Presenter” at the International Conference held in Singapore and received ‘Best Paper Award’ at International Research conference, Tokyo. She is a skilled trainer and conducted various workshop/seminar/webinar at several Universities, Schools, Law firms, Women and Child Development Department, Medical Department and Police department.

She was awarded Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award 2017 in the field of “Academic Administration” by World’s Achiever’s Foundation and Confederation of Indian Universities, Delhi, awarded for “Environment Protection and Development 2017” by Scientific and Environment Research Institute at “World Clean Environment Congress 2017”,“National Teaching Excellence Award 2017” from International Benevolent Research Foundation and “Indian Education Award, 2019” in the field of “Research in Education” and “Excellent Researcher Award (Female)” by International Academic and Research Excellence Award

Live-in relationship is mushrooming prominently in India these days. In a simple way it is defined as a domestic cohabitation between an adult unmarried male and an adult unmarried female. This mindset is a result of freedom, privacy, profession, education, and globalization. Although it appears like a stress-free companionship, but it too has many complications. Recently attempts have been made to bring it in the ambit of some laws, in order to regulate the dynamics of this new social order. This webinar focuses on the meaning, problems and laws pertaining to live-in relationship in India.

After receiving the Meeting Link click on that link and wait in the Waiting Room for 10 minutes. We’ll admit all the participants in the Meeting exactly at 4:00 PM. • The meeting will be locked at 4:30 PM and no one will be allowed to join the zoom meeting after 4:30 PM. If you fail to join the meeting within the given time limit then it’s your fault not ours. No query regarding the same will be entertained. In that case, we suggest you to watch it live on our YouTube Channel.  
• While joining the Zoom Meeting you must enter the same name as mentioned in the Registration form otherwise you’ll be removed from the meeting. If your name on the Zoom Account is something else then re-name it before joining the meeting.
• The participants are requested to maintain the dignity of the webinar session;

• If you misbehave during the meeting with the Speaker or Host or with any attendee then strict action will be taken against you as per the law for the time being in force.
• The Webinar Session will be recorded also.
