Theme: “Revisiting Fundamental Duties Under Constitution of India”.

Fundamental Duties are a bundle of a non-enforceable obligation imposed on the citizens, in the recent times fundamental duties have hogged the limelight as retaliation to fundamental rights and thereby assumed significance.

Eligibility:

  • It shall be an online event.
  • It is open for Students, Lawyers, Research Scholars, Teachers, Judges, Professionals and Academicians or for anyone who is interested in the topic of the Webinar.

About Speaker:

Asst. Prof (Law). Atul Alexander, West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences:

Mr. Alexander completed his LLB (hons) from school of excellence in Law and LLM from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University; he was a gold medallist and university topper both at LLB and LLM. Mr Atul Alexander is presently Assistant Professor of Law at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS). Mr Atul Alexander is also selected as a visiting research scholar at the prestigious Stockholm Centre for International Law, U.S Naval War College, United States. Mr. Atul Alexander has written extensively on International Law and some of his works were cited by the NewYork Times, South China Morning Post etc.

The registration link will be closed at 05:00 AM on 15th of December 2020 or earlier (If we cross the maximum participants’ limit allowed on the Zoom. In that case, you can watch the meeting live on our YouTube Channel @Law Audience). Registration Fees:

NIL, there are no registration charges, anyone can join the webinar free of cost.

E-certificate Fees:

100 Rs. If you want to claim an e-certificate of participation then you have to pay nominal charges, i.e., 100 Rupees only. If you are registering for the Zoom Meeting or for the YouTube Live-Streaming and need an e-certificate then you have to WhatsApp the screenshot of payment immediately after filling up the registration form (If you are going to join it on YouTube then no need to fill up any registration form) at +91-8351033361 or mail at info@lawaudience.com along with the registration details (such as your name & venue).  E-certificate of participation will be emailed or WhatsApp by 17th of December 2020 (before 11:59 PM). Note: E-certificate fee is not refundable at any cost unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. E-certificate will be given only if you join the session and mark your attendance as per the norms of attendance mentioned in this notification. If you pay the e-certificate fee but do not mark your attendance or do not join the webinar session even in that case fee is not refundable and no e-certificate will be given.
