I. ABOUT LAW AUDIENCE:
Law Audience® is an online legal platform which is aimed at spreading the legal education and other opportunities related to the field of law among the legal audience as much as possible. It was introduced on the 25th of June 2018. It is a ‘Dream Project’ of Mr. Varun Kumar (Founder-CEO-Editor-In-Chief-Publisher). The main motive of this platform is to set new trends in the field of legal education by organising various Seminars, Online Competitions, Conferences, Workshops, Call for Papers, Online Webinars and Online Quizzes. In order to promote the legal research work among the legal fraternity, Law Audience introduced an online law journal titled as Law Audience Journal (ISSN (O): 2581-6705), an ISSN number was assigned to the journal on the 16th of October 2018 and the journal published its 1st Issue in the month of August 2018.

COVID-19 has retarded the momentum of wheels of the Indian economy, the corporate with estimated losses of lacs of crore rupees due to pan India lockdown. In order to prevent and absorb the effect of such huge losses and to respond to the dynamics of the business environment, which has been changing every second in the wake of the globally-spread WHO-declared pandemic, the Union government seems to be responding in a structured manner by providing various relaxation, extensions and amendments to the existing Insolvency law of the country.
The Webinar aims to cover various aspects of Insolvency & Bankruptcy, its resolution and relaxation given by government for the same amid Corona pandemic. All the law and management students, teachers, advocates and any other interested person in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy are most welcome.

Dr. R.S. Solanki.
Dr. R.S. Solanki is currently working as an Associate Professor, Faculty of Law, Jamnalal Bajaj School of Legal studies, Banasthali Vidyapith. He has also worked as Assistant Prof, Teaching Assistant and Guest Faculty at various prestigious institutes such as Faculty of Law, Mody University, Seedling School of Law & Governance Jaipur National University, National Law University, Jodhpur and University College of Law Mohan Lal Sukhadia University. Along with this, Advocacy experience for 8 years in District Courts and High Court of Rajasthan, Jodhpur from 1998 to 2006.
He authored various books such as ‘Banking Law’ by Satyam Law International, New Delhi 2017, ‘Insurance Sector: Reforms & Regulations’ by Lambart publishing, Germany 2015 and ‘Law & Financial Sector Reforms’ by Regal Publications, New Delhi 2014. He chaired various seminars, attended various conferences and judged various moot courts at National Level. He is also acting as Editor & Editorial Board Member for various National and International Journals.

XIV. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The webinar will be conducted with proper safeguards from our side;
- All the registered participants will receive the Meeting Invitation link in the WhatsApp Group before 10 Minutes, i.e., 10:50 AM on 22nd of June 2020. After receiving the Meeting Link you can join and wait in the Waiting Room for 10 minutes. We’ll admit all the participants in the Meeting exactly at 11:00 AM.
- The meeting will be locked at 11:20 AM and no one will be allowed to join the meetings after 11:20 AM. If you fail to join the meeting within the given time limit then it’s your fault not ours. No query regarding the same will be entertained.
- While joining the meeting you must enter the same name as mentioned in the Registration form otherwise you’ll be removed from the meeting.
- The participants are requested to maintain the dignity of the webinar session;
