WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Law Audience Journal’s Withdrawal Policy basically describes that under what circumstances author(s) may withdraw the paper prior to its publication in the Law Audience Journal:

I/we hereby declare that the current paper (short article, article, research paper, case comment and book review) has not been submitted or is not under consideration for publication in any other medium whether online or offline. As per this Policy, paper once submitted cannot be withdrawn due to any reason whatsoever.

Explanation:

The term ‘medium’ includes, online websites, online or printed magazines or online or printed Journals or online or printed Periodicals or Online or Printed Blogs or E-Books or Printed Books or any other mode of electronic or offline platform via which a paper can be published). 

UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES OR STAGES AUTHOR(S) CAN WITHDRAWAL THE PAPER:

  • You can withdrawal it only if you do not get any response from our-side regarding the selection or rejection of your paper within 3 days from the date of Submission of your paper in the Journal; or
  • You can withdrawal it by paying a penalty of 150 Rupees.

RIGHTS OF LAW AUDIENCE JOURNAL IN CASE OF BREACH OF THE WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

  • If the author(s) breaches the Withdrawal Policy then the Law Audience Journal can take any legal action as per the law for the time being in force, against the author(s); or
  • If the author(s) withdraw the paper in contravention of the stages or circumstances provided to the author(s) to withdraw the paper then, in that case, the Law Audience Journal shall have a discretionary right or power to use the paper in any manner as it thinks fit or likes; or
  • The Law Audience Journal shall have a discretionary right or power to blacklist the author(s) permanently; or
  • The Law Audience Journal can also charge a penalty of 150 rupees from the author(s) for wasting the time of the Journal; or
  • Can take any action as it thinks fit for the time being in force
