ABSTRACT:
The hospitality industry is one of the largest and fastest-growing industries in the world, encompassing a wide range of businesses including hotels, restaurants, bars, and other hospitality-related services. Technology has had a significant impact on industry, changing the way in which businesses operate, interact with customers, and compete with one another. This paper explores the challenges and opportunities that technology presents to the hospitality industry.
